Kourt's Krew was founded in Kourtney Najjar's honor as she currently awaits a second transplant

Kourt's Krew Mission Statement:

- Providing support for children and families of rare multi organ transplants

- Bringing awareness to these rare transplants and organ donation

- Providing support before, during, and after transplant

- Kourt's Krew serves children and families within the UCLA TX [transplant] program
